Under his direction, Jeeves established itself as the drycleaning and valeting service of choice for everyone concerned with the care of their clothes. Jeeves' service is an essential component in the care of quality fashion labels and the choice of high street designers.

Today, Jevees has several branches at strategic location in Jakarta and Surabaya to serve their customers better. Fortunately for those whose homebase is far away from our reach, we are still able to serve you by distance. Just send us your package of your clothes and we will send them back and beautifully packed before being posted back to you.

Jeeves Capabilities
Whilst the core values and work ethics remain the same, the technology is far more sophisticated than that of thirty years ago. Jeeves Central Production Unit is one of the most advanced operations outside of England and was designed with the goal of wedding technological advances in dry-cleaning to our renown professional hand-caring of each garment.

Certain fabrics require hand-processing and finishing. Leather and suede for example, need special treatment. Silks, satin and brocades can be damaged by improper cleaning.
At Jeeves, drycleaned clothes pass through a ten-stage process before they are deemed finished. Every item is individually inspected and packaged to avoid unnecessary crushing. We also provide special attention and care for tailor-made clothes and Haute Couture evening wear. Shirts and fine linen are our specialty. Shirts are carefully laundered, hand-finished, inspected and packaged so you receive them ready to wear.

Each item passes through at least seven stages before final inspection. By using skilled craftsman at every stage we achieve the best possible results with each and every article you bring to us. Indeed we specialise in cleaning very special gowns and high value garments that many other cleaners cannot handle.
At Jeeves, we advise on all areas of fabric care. Information on your garments is essential to that advice, so please try and make time to discuss your needs when you visit us.

The nature and age of any stain, combined with the colour and construction of the fabric very much dictates the end result. The dye in some fabrics is more soluble than the stain. Removing the stain will remove the dye.
At Jeeves stains are dealt with by hand prior to dry cleaning. Unless we have discussed with you the element of "Owners Risk", we will operate within safety margins, limiting the end results in the removal of problematic stains.
